Exciting things coming!
I'm so excited that the blog is taking off. Not a ton of followers yet, but everyday it is growing. I also love that you are taking the time to post. Many of you are posting very thoughtful posts. When you post it helps me. Writing can sometimes be a solitary venture. I write, I read, I , I, I,... it is only when you factor into the equation that it all becomes worthwhile.
Many of you don't know me at all. Some of you have read my book. Others may be thinking of taking a chance on it. I realize through the many forums and discussion boards I frequent, that readers are not all that interested in the author as a person. Readers want a story that touches them. In many cases, they want the author to disappear. I understand that.
For those of you who are following this blog, I believe you are a little different. A reader who might enjoy getting to know the type of person I am.
The first thing you should know is that I never take you the reader for granted. Without you, whatever story I write will be one-dimensional, you bring the story to life. Together, we can create magic from one imagination to another. I get chill bumps just thinking about it.
